Drawing with, on and to music, Graphite on paper

“Concentration and body tension-
Hearing sounds and rhythms, with the ear; perceiving them, with the whole body; with the hand and arm, transferred on the paper.”

The title of the first work which was created in 2018 on drawing with, on and after music is Life and Death. An artist book and a box were made, in which the drawing and the artist book are stored.

The paper for the drawing consists of single, assembled pieces of paper (of bamboo), which were then individually photographed, printed out and bound into a 74-page book after the drawing was completed. The book also contains a kind of time log in which it was recorded how long each piece had been drawn on.
